What happens after a course is assigned?
Assign it from the Candidate profile or Training hub. Candidates learn in their portal. Automatic four-day reminders begin after the invitation email is sent successfully, while the assignment remains eligible.
Safeguarding completion notifies the eligible assigned compliance officer, falling back to the Candidate’s eligible consultant owner. It updates its training check—not other checks or overall clearance.
Map supported courses to your chosen Compliance checks, or keep the document record without a mapping. No-expiry certificates do not establish ongoing competence or replace review requirements. Existing historical completion evidence is not rewritten.

Allergy Awareness and Safeguarding & Prevent certificates expire after twelve calendar months. The other listed in-house CPD courses have no automatic expiry.
Completion is not an Ofqual-regulated qualification, external accreditation or an overall Clearance to Work decision.
